Mr. Kapoor holds a Post Graduate degree in Commerce and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS), Fellow Member of the Insurance Institute of India (F.I.I.), and a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). With 40 years of experience in banking, general insurance, and reinsurance, he has held various leadership roles at Oriental Insurance Company, including Deputy CEO and CEO in Nepal, where he significantly contributed to business growth and profitability. He also served as CFO and Head of Reinsurance at the corporate office in India.
