Mr. Santosh KC is a Chartered Accountant and Advocate, with over a decade of leadership experience across Nepal’s leading industrial and financial institutions. He has built strong expertise in strategic finance, operations, governance, and corporate transformation, and has successfully led large organizations through turnaround and performance improvement initiatives. Throughout his career, he has driven strategic programs to strengthen governance, financial reporting, and enterprise-wide performance management. His experience includes leading large-scale digital and process transformation, managing complex stakeholder and banking engagements, and executing organization-wide restructuring to enhance efficiency, controls, and accountability across key business functions. He has also held senior leadership roles overseeing finance, audit, compliance, and governance enhancements, including managing critical reviews and investigations.
