Miss Poudel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University. With more than a decade of work experience serving the Insurance & Telecom industry in India & Nepal market, she has also successfully served as CEO of a non-life insurance company (United Insurance) in Nepal. Prior to that, she had worked in various leadership roles across marketing & strategy, product development, underwriting, and technology department with Indian market insurance & telecom giants such as Vodafone, ICICI Lombard & Bharti AXA General Insurance.
